Last year, we had a blast hosting Sudbury’s Best Santa here in our studio, and this year we have secured him again! I simply couldn’t wait until November to share with you about Santa’s availability for studio Christmas portraits, so please join us for an early start to get booked in with our super-limited and very exclusive Holiday-Themed mini-sessions!

Many people have been asking me about our prices and what-not, so I thought a quick blog post on the most important questions will help you make your decision before booking commences. When booking is open, slots are first-come first-served.

Portrait bookings will open on August 13^th at 9:00 am, for those who are receiving our newsletter.  Make sure you sign up for it, so that you can get first dibs on booking.

Our 2018 holiday studio set-up will of course be different from 2017’s – but similarly creative, fun, and cozy! Forget mall line-ups and boring backdrops; at our studio, the set is 100% authentic and your child will have one-on-one time with the Big Guy without the pressure of other children screaming.

About the session:

• Santa’s visit is scheduled for two Saturdays, November 10^th and 17^th, at Studio H Photography on Cartier Avenue near downtown Sudbury.

• Santa will be here from 9:30am until 6:00pm with an hour break in the middle; your portrait session will last 15 minutes. Slots are limited, and we anticipate that they will sell out quickly.

• These sessions are currently at the phenomenally low price of $67 for one 5×7 print and the corresponding digital file, OR $67 plus $199 (value of $467) for one 5×7 print and ALL the high-resolution digital files that were taken in your session (approx 15).

• The $199 is a pre-sale price for this early booking week promotion of August 13^th–August 18^th. After August 18^th, this price will jump to $249.

• Additional prints, Christmas cards, or other items with photographs can be purchased after your portrait session.

• Sessions sold for immediate family only, no matter how many children you have. However, be aware that the studio set-up will hold a maximum of 10 people.

About the process:

• Your portrait session with the studio set-up will last 15 minutes, and the booking slots are done in 20-minute intervals. The key is to show up just before your booking time, and to be prepared.

• Showing up late or unprepared to your session will cause you to potentially lose your session, without refund.

• A contract and model release is required to be signed; this information will be sent to you via e-mail after you book your portrait session.

• Seven days after your session, you will receive a link to our secure on-line gallery, where you will be able to choose your photographs.

• The on-line gallery is available to access for 10 days and is where the ordering will take place.

• Sale price is only honoured within the 10-day period.

• Digital images are delivered on-line and prints will be ready to be picked up at the studio five days after order is placed.

• No refunds, exchanges or returns for any reason; by purchasing a session you are agreeing to these terms.

• Due to the very low price and high value of these sessions, Gift Certificates will not be accepted as payment.

• Purchase of your session indicates agreement with these terms and conditions.
