It is such a treat when I am asked to photograph the birth of a newborn; it is an extra special treat when I am asked to do the newborn shoot as well.

Kacper makes a fabulous newborn model: you would never believe he is 9.5lbs.  I had a lot of fun with him as the parents gave me permission to pose him as I saw fit. He fit into the Radio Flyer rocket perfectly, something I had recently picked up, and it was such a delight to be able to use him is this new set.

I was excited to use Kacper as one of my first newborn’s in this rocket.  I adore this new set – he makes it look perfect.

Kacper was so much fun to pose; those cheeks are fully squish-able. Isn’t this one of the cutest photograph’s you have ever seen?

Kacper is a strong baby boy and a fabulous sleeper.

Looking so serene, yet strong, he cozied right in. It almost looks like this baby is ready for the outdoors.
